A graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University in Retail Marketing, Caroline's career has spanned formative roles in J Sainsbury and Halifax, with critical GRC (Governance, Risk Management & Compliance) roles across renowned banks and the pioneering FinTech bank, Tandem. Her qualifications are further enriched with a diploma from the Institute of Internal Auditors UK & Ireland and her CeMap accreditation.

At Jarion, Caroline isn't just a compliance head - she's a collaborative problem-solver.
